Web analytics setup and marketing upgrades that make your website ad-ready

We’ll set up Yandex Metrica with goals, UTM tags and call tracking and send leads to your CRM with their source — so you can see which ads bring sales and which just eat the budget. And so that buyers find you on their own, we’ll improve the site for search: SEO, structured data, product feeds.

from $450

Website analytics setup: a business owner and a specialist reviewing on a monitor which ads bring in leads

A familiar picture: every month money goes to Yandex Direct, VK Ads and an SEO contractor, and when you ask “where do our customers come from?”, the manager says “from the internet”. Metrica is sort of installed on the site, but goals aren’t set up, calls aren’t counted, and leads land in the inbox with no note of where the person came from. The budget gets cut at random — and it’s easy to switch off exactly the ads that were bringing in buyers.

Website marketing upgrades are all the technical work without which advertising and promotion run blind. We provide turnkey web analytics setup: Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics with goals and e-commerce tracking, UTM tags, pixels, call tracking and lead delivery to your CRM. And we prepare the site for search: SEO improvements, Schema.org markup, product feeds for Yandex Products, Yandex Market and AI assistants. You can fix just the analytics or do everything at once — we start with an audit and show where leads and money are leaking.

What website marketing upgrades include

  • Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics with goalsWe install or reconfigure counters and goals for everything that counts as a lead: a form, a call, a messenger click, a quiz, a checkout. Metrica stops being there “just for show” and starts showing where leads come from.
  • E-commerce trackingFor an online store: you see which products are viewed, added to cart and bought, for how much, and which ad channel the buyer came from.
  • UTM tags, pixels and call trackingWe tag the links in every ad and install ad platform pixels so retargeting works. Call tracking shows a separate phone number on the site for each channel — so calls are tracked by source too.
  • Leads to your CRM with their sourceA lead from a form, quiz, chat or call goes to your CRM — Bitrix24, amoCRM or ours — tagged with where the customer came from. Sales are counted by channel, not by gut feeling.
  • Landing pages and quizzes for adsA separate page for each line of business instead of one generic home page. And a quiz calculator: answering a couple of questions and leaving a phone number is easier than filling in a blank form.
  • SEO improvementsWe set up template-based page titles and descriptions, the sitemap and robots.txt, remove duplicates and broken links and speed the site up on mobile — everything that holds it back in Yandex and Google.
  • Schema.org markupWe mark up products, prices, availability, reviews, Q&A and company contacts. Search engines and AI assistants understand the page more easily, and it gets a chance to show up in results with its price and rating.
  • Product feedsWe build feeds for Yandex Products, Yandex Market and Yandex Direct product campaigns, for Google Merchant Center for international markets, and for AI assistants. Prices and stock in the feed update automatically — from the site or from 1C.

Who needs Yandex Metrica and end-to-end analytics setup

  • Anyone paying for Yandex Direct, VK Ads or SEO who can’t say which ad brings sales and which only burns budget.
  • Online stores: e-commerce tracking in Metrica, feeds for Yandex Products and Yandex Market, price and availability markup for search results.
  • Wholesalers and manufacturers whose customers don’t add products to a cart but call or message instead: call tracking and the source of every lead in the CRM.
  • Companies with an “old” website: Metrica is installed but nobody looks at it, goals aren’t set up and pages load slowly on phones.
  • Before launching new ads or switching agencies — so you measure results from day one with your own data, not the contractor’s report.

How turnkey web analytics setup works

  1. Audit of what’s already thereWe check counters, goals and tags, a lead’s path from the site to the manager, speed, markup and feeds. We show what’s broken and what will bring the most benefit first.
  2. Plan and estimateWe agree on what counts as a lead and a sale, and which channels and goals to track. We name the full price and timeline and fix them in the contract.
  3. Analytics setupWe set up Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, goals and e-commerce tracking, UTM tags, pixels, call tracking and lead delivery to the CRM.
  4. Website improvementsWe handle SEO improvements and speed optimization, structured data and product feeds — and, if needed, landing pages and quizzes for ads.
  5. Testing with real scenariosWe send test leads, make calls and place orders from phone and desktop: goals fire, the source reaches the CRM, and feeds pass validation in the platforms’ accounts.
  6. Handover and supportWe hand over access and show you where to see which channel brings leads. After that — support and new improvements under contract.

Pricing

from $450

The price depends on what’s already installed on the site and its condition, how many goals and ad channels need tracking, whether you need call tracking and a CRM connection, how many products and platforms the feeds cover, the scope of SEO improvements and the site’s platform. Subscription fees for third-party services, such as call tracking, are quoted separately and in advance.

Prices exclude VAT. We confirm the exact cost and timeline after a short call and fix them in the contract.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Yandex Metrica and web analytics setup cost?

From $450 excl. VAT as a guide for a standard task. The total depends on what’s already installed, how many goals and channels need tracking, and whether you need e-commerce tracking, call tracking, a CRM connection and product feeds. We give the exact price after a short call and an audit, then fix it in the contract — no hidden extras.

How can I tell which ad a customer came from?

Three things work together: UTM tags in every ad link, Metrica goals for leads and orders, and call tracking for those who phone. We pass the source to the CRM together with the lead. The manager sees right away where the customer came from, and at the end of the month you see sales for each channel.

What is end-to-end analytics, and does our business need it?

End-to-end analytics links ad spend to actual sales: how much a customer from each channel cost and how much money they brought in. Its foundation is goals, UTM tags, call tracking and the lead source in the CRM; without these, no service will show an accurate picture. We start with that foundation and build the money report in a ready-made end-to-end analytics service or on your CRM data — whichever suits you.

Why do I need call tracking if I have Yandex Metrica?

Metrica sees leads from the website but not the calls themselves: a person saw the number, called — and for your statistics that customer vanished. Call tracking shows visitors from different channels different numbers and links each call to an ad. In wholesale and manufacturing many buyers call rather than leave a request, so without call tracking the picture is incomplete.

How do you build a product feed for Yandex Direct and Yandex Market?

A feed is a file with a list of products, prices, stock and photos that the platforms pick up from your site on their own. We build it in YML format for Yandex Products, Yandex Market and Yandex Direct product campaigns and, if needed, for Google Merchant Center and AI assistants. Prices and stock in it update automatically, from the site or from 1C, so your ads don’t offer what’s already out of stock.

What does Schema.org markup do for a website?

Structured data tells search engines and AI assistants where the price, availability, rating, Q&A and contacts are on a page. This gives the site a chance at a rich snippet in Yandex and Google — with the price and rating stars — and such a result stands out more in search. Whether to show it is up to the search engine; the markup gives it accurate data to do so.

Can we order only the technical setup if an agency runs our ads?

Yes. We handle the technical side — analytics, goals, tags, the CRM connection, feeds — and your marketer or agency runs the ads. Analytics access stays with you, so you check the contractor’s work against your own data, not their report.
