How much does a CRM system for business cost?
Giant4 CRM implementation starts at $2,400 excl. VAT for a typical project: sales pipeline, messenger leads, client records and tasks. The total depends on the number of departments, the modules you need (inventory, KPIs, payroll), the volume of data migration and integration with 1C and your website. We name the exact price after a short call and fix it in the contract.
Can I buy a CRM system outright, with no subscription fee?
Yes, that’s exactly how Giant4 CRM works: you pay for implementation once, and the system and your data remain yours. New employees join with no seat fees. The only extras are the server and, if needed, support under contract; we state these costs upfront.
Can the CRM be installed on our own server?
Yes, that’s what we do: we deploy Giant4 CRM on your server, so your client base never goes to a third-party service. If you don’t have a server, we’ll recommend one to rent and set everything up. Backups and updates can be handed over to us under a support contract.
How is Giant4 CRM different from Bitrix24 and amoCRM?
It’s a different approach. With the cloud plans of Bitrix24 and amoCRM you pay regularly for users, and features are limited by the plan. Giant4 CRM runs on your server, is customized to your processes and includes inventory, KPIs and payroll out of the box. If you prefer Bitrix24 or amoCRM, we’ll implement those too — that’s a separate service.
Can WhatsApp, Telegram and MAX be connected to the CRM?
Yes. Messages from WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX, email and website forms arrive in one window and are linked to the client record; MAX is connected through your company’s official bot. Managers reply straight from the CRM, and the chats stay with the company even if an employee quits.
Does the CRM include inventory management and payroll?
Yes: it’s a CRM with inventory management and payroll in one system, not a set of separate programs. Stock is visible right in the deal, reserves from open deals are shown for every product, tasks are assigned with an owner and a deadline, and KPIs and payroll are calculated from paid deals, shifts and your rules. Modules can be switched on gradually, starting with sales.
How long does CRM implementation take?
It depends on the number of departments, modules and the volume of data migration, so we set the timeline for each stage in the estimate and write it into the contract. We launch in stages: leads and the pipeline first, then inventory, tasks, KPIs and payroll. Migrating clients from Excel or your previous CRM and the 1C integration are planned within the same stages.
