CRM integration with your website and 1C: not a single lead lost
We connect Bitrix24, amoCRM or our own Giant4 CRM to your website and 1C, turnkey: leads from forms, quizzes and chat go straight into the pipeline, while statuses, payments, products and stock sync automatically in both directions. Managers don’t re-enter data by hand, and you see the whole “website → deal → payment” chain in one window.
from $900

A familiar picture: a website lead lands in an inbox where nobody sees it until evening. A manager copies the phone number into the CRM, issues the invoice in 1C and learns about the payment when the accountant posts in the group chat. A customer asks whether an item is in stock — the manager goes to ask the warehouse keeper. Every manual handoff means a delay, a typo or a buyer lost to a competitor, and the boss sees sales in reports someone put together by hand.
CRM integration with your website and 1C takes the manual work out of this chain. A website lead instantly becomes a deal in the pipeline — with the contact, products and ad source — and the responsible manager is notified right away. The deal sends an invoice to 1C, payment and shipment come back to the customer card, stock and prices are pulled from 1C, and the buyer sees the order status on the website. We integrate Bitrix24 and amoCRM with websites on 1C-Bitrix, Tilda, WordPress and custom platforms, and connect our own Giant4 CRM too.
What CRM integration with your website and 1C includes
- Website leads straight into the pipelineForms, quizzes, online chat and the cart create a deal in the CRM with the contact, products and a comment. Nothing gets stuck in the inbox, and the person responsible is notified right away — in the CRM or in Telegram.
- The source of every leadEach lead goes to the CRM with its UTM tags and the page the customer came from. You see which ads bring deals and payments, not just clicks.
- No duplicate customersA repeat request finds the customer by phone or email and goes into their card. One customer — one card with their full purchase and correspondence history.
- Invoices, payments and shipments from 1CThe invoice is issued in 1C right from the deal, and payment and shipment come back to the CRM on their own. The manager sees the money arrive without calling accounting.
- Products, prices and stock in the dealYour product list, wholesale and retail prices and stock by warehouse come from 1C into the CRM. The manager builds the order and answers “in stock or not” without leaving the customer card.
- Order status for the buyerMove a deal to the next stage, and the order status on the website and in the customer account changes on its own, while the buyer gets a notification. Fewer “where’s my order?” calls.
- Conflict-free sync rulesFor each type of data, we decide in advance which way it flows and which system is the master. The CRM and 1C don’t overwrite each other, and the numbers match everywhere.
- Sync log and failure monitoringEvery data transfer is logged. If the website, CRM or 1C is unavailable, the data waits in a queue and goes out later, and the person responsible is alerted to the failure right away.
Who needs website, CRM and 1C integration
- Wholesalers and manufacturers whose leads come from the website, messengers and phone, while invoices and shipments live in 1C
- Online stores whose orders arrive by email and get retyped into the CRM and 1C — after CRM integration with the online store, each order becomes a deal on its own
- Companies that bought Bitrix24 or amoCRM but never connected the website and 1C — and the CRM became an expensive address book
- Retail chains and companies with several warehouses, where a manager needs to see stock right in the deal
- Owners who want to see the path from a website lead to payment in one window instead of assembling a report from three programs
How we connect a CRM to your website and 1C
- Call and process reviewYou tell us where leads come from and where time is lost now. We look at the website, CRM and 1C and map a lead’s path from the form to payment. The consultation is free and comes with no obligation.
- Sync map and estimateWe spell out which data is transferred, in which direction and how often, and which system is the master for each. Price and timeline are fixed in the contract.
- Setup on test dataWe set up the CRM integration with your website and 1C on test copies or in a separate test pipeline, so your working databases aren’t affected. Meanwhile, sales and accounting carry on as usual.
- Testing with real scenariosWe submit leads from every form, place orders, issue invoices, record payments and shipments — and check that everything reached the right place with no duplicates. You accept the work before launch.
- Launch and trainingWe switch the sync on for your working databases and show managers where leads, invoices and payments now appear. If needed, we move customers and deals into the CRM from email, spreadsheets or an old system.
- Monitoring and supportAfter launch we watch the sync log and fix anything that comes up right away — errors are fixed under warranty. We hand over access and a description of the sync map and, if you wish, take the integration on support under contract.
Why order your CRM website integration from us
- Our own CRM — we know a lead’s path from the insideWe built our own CRM, which the Giant4 group of companies works in every day: messenger leads in one window, warehouse, tasks, KPIs and payroll. Our own sales show us where leads and managers’ time get lost.
- Our own 1C-Bitrix store with 1C syncThe group’s online store runs on 1C-Bitrix and is connected to 1C: stock levels update automatically every few minutes. We set up the same sync for your systems.
- Website, CRM and 1C — one contractorNo need to coordinate a website developer, a CRM integrator and a 1C specialist: we take on the whole chain and are responsible for all of it. We work with Bitrix24, amoCRM and our Giant4 CRM.
- Fixed price, and access stays yoursGiant4 IT is part of the Giant4 group of companies, in IT since 2022. We fix the price in the contract before we start, and after launch the access, integration code and sync map description stay with you.
Pricing
from $900
The price depends on how many systems we connect and which way the data flows: sending website leads to the CRM is closer to the lower end; two-way CRM–1C sync with invoices, payments and stock costs more. Other factors: the website platform, the CRM edition (cloud or self-hosted), your 1C configuration, and the number of forms, pipelines, warehouses and price types. Paid plans and modules of third-party services are quoted separately and in advance.
Prices exclude VAT. We confirm the exact cost and timeline after a short call and fix them in the contract.
Frequently asked questions
How much does CRM integration with a website cost?
From $900 excl. VAT for a standard task. The total depends on what we connect: just website leads to the CRM, or a full connection with 1C — invoices, payments, products and stock. The website platform, the type of CRM and your 1C configuration also matter. We give the exact price after a short call and fix it in the contract.
How do you connect amoCRM or Bitrix24 to a website?
Through the CRM’s API: the website’s forms, quizzes, chat and cart send each lead to the right pipeline together with the contact, products and UTM tags. Off-the-shelf widgets work for a simple form but don’t always pass all the fields, cart items and the lead source. We set up the transfer around your process and test it on every form on the site.
Can a CRM be integrated with 1C in both directions?
Yes, CRM and 1C sync works both ways. The deal sends the counterparty and the invoice to 1C, and payment, shipment, stock and prices come back to the CRM. For each type of data we decide in advance which system is the master, so the CRM and 1C don’t overwrite each other.
Can you connect a CRM to a website on Tilda, WordPress or a custom platform?
Yes. Tilda sends leads via webhook, WordPress has ready-made plugins, and for a custom site we write a handler using the API. If the site runs on 1C-Bitrix, we use its built-in sync with 1C and Bitrix24 and add whatever they lack.
Won’t there be duplicate customers and deals in the CRM?
To prevent that, we look up the customer by phone and email before creating a deal: a repeat request goes into their card instead of creating a new one. Merge rules — for example, what to do with a request from a regular customer or a new contact from the same company — are set up for your sales team.
What happens to leads if the CRM or 1C is temporarily unavailable?
They won’t be lost: we build the sync with a queue — data waits and goes out as soon as the system is back online. Every transfer is logged, and if something fails the person responsible is notified right away, so the problem shows up the same day, not at the end of the month.
How long does CRM integration with a website and 1C take?
It depends on the scope: sending website leads to the CRM is quicker to set up, two-way sync with 1C takes longer. We give dates for each stage in the estimate and fix them in the contract. You can launch in parts: first website leads, then invoices, payments and stock.
