Example with demo data

  1. 23:47 · night

A customer opened a product page

On their phone, long after the managers have gone home. Price and availability on the website match 1C: stock updates every few minutes.

  2. 23:49

    Asked the AI assistant

The assistant understood the question, picked a power supply for the strip and added it to the cart itself. No phone call, no waiting until morning.

  3. 23:52

    Paid by card

CDEK delivery was calculated right in the cart and the pickup point chosen on the map. Payment went through online; nobody issued an invoice by hand.

  4. 23:52

The order went to 1C on its own

The order and payment arrived in 1C and the items were reserved. Website stock dropped instantly, so this strip won’t be sold twice.

  5. 08:30 · morning

The warehouse got a pick list

The warehouse worker sees a ready list with bin locations and packs the parcel. Nobody retypes the order from an email or checks it with a manager.

Order picking in the warehouse: the online store with 1C integration passed the order on automatically
  6. 11:30

The parcel was handed to CDEK

The waybill was created, the tracking number went to the customer by SMS, and the status in their account updated on its own.

  7. A month later

    Reorder in one click

The customer came back to you, not to a marketplace: opened their account and repeated the order. Their contacts and history stayed with you.

Seven stations.
Zero manual entry.

At night the order was paid and reserved in 1C, in the morning it was being packed, and by afternoon the customer had a tracking number. The manager just looked at the report.

E-commerce development: your own sales instead of someone else’s storefront

Marketplaces bring customers, but they take a commission, change the rules and keep the customer for themselves. And orders from many companies’ own websites still run the old way: an email arrives, a manager retypes it into 1C in the morning, calculates shipping on the CDEK website and sends an invoice by lunchtime.

We build turnkey online stores that take this routine off your hands. Products, stock and prices come from 1C, CDEK and Russian Post shipping is calculated right in the cart, payment goes through online, and an AI assistant answers customers even at night. We first built and tested all of this on the Giant4 group’s own stores — giant4.ru and giant4.ae.

Who needs their own online store

  • Wholesalers and distributors: regular clients order through their account instead of sending lists by email and WhatsApp.
  • Manufacturers who want to sell direct — with no middlemen and no one else’s markup.
  • Wildberries and Ozon sellers who need their own sales channel and their own customer base.
  • Store chains and retailers going online with a single catalog and stock from 1C.
  • Businesses that already have a store, but it’s outdated, doesn’t work with 1C, and orders are processed by hand.

Four situations familiar to anyone who sells online

On the left — how it often works today. On the right — how the same thing runs in an online store we build for you, turnkey.

Sold something you don’t have

The item is out of stock, but the website says “in stock” — a store without 1C sync

The way it is now

A customer pays for a power supply that the website shows as “in stock”. In the morning the warehouse reports that the last one went yesterday. The manager calls to apologize and processes a refund, and the customer leaves — along with a bad review.

With Giant4 IT

Stock and prices come from 1C every few minutes. When an item runs out, the website switches it to “backorder” right away, and a paid order is reserved in 1C so it can’t go to someone else.

“How much is delivery to Kazan?”

The way it is now

A customer writes in the evening: how much is delivery and when will it arrive? In the morning the manager goes to the CDEK website, works out the weight and replies an hour later. By then the customer has bought from whoever answered right away.

With Giant4 IT

A customer picks a pickup point on the map at checkout in the online store

CDEK and Russian Post delivery cost and time are calculated right in the cart, with pickup points on a map. The customer chooses and pays right away.

A wholesale client sent a list

A manager checks a wholesale order by hand — before the B2B online store

The way it is now

A regular wholesale client sends a WhatsApp photo of a 40-item list. The manager spends half a day matching SKUs, working out the discount from an Excel price list and issuing an invoice in 1C by hand.

With Giant4 IT

Wholesale clients get their own account: after login they see their prices, order from a list or a file, the invoice is generated automatically, and documents are stored in the account. The manager only confirms the shipment.

Whose customer is it?

The way it is now

A customer buys your product on a marketplace. You don’t have their phone number, the marketplace changes its fees and rules, and the next purchase goes to whoever ranks higher in search — so you pay for ads all over again.

With Giant4 IT

A customer receives a repeat order from the company’s own online store, not from a marketplace

In your own store, the customer, their contacts and order history belong to you. A repeat order is one click away in their account, with no marketplace fee.

What turnkey e-commerce development includes

Everything an order needs to go through on its own: from the product page to a tracking number in the customer’s hands.

Discuss your store’s features
  • Catalog and product pages

Categories, filters, search, product variants (color, length, wattage), photos and specs. Every product page comes with a search-ready title and description.

  • Cart and fast checkout

Login with an SMS code and no passwords, minimal fields, reorder in one click. Easy on a phone — that’s where most shoppers come from today.

  • Online payments and company invoices

Card payments and SBP instant bank transfers through your bank. Companies get an invoice right at checkout, without calling a manager.

  • Shipping calculated in the cart

CDEK, Russian Post, courier and pickup: cost and delivery time are shown before payment, pickup points on a map. The customer gets a tracking number by SMS.

  • 1C and warehouse sync

Products, stock and prices come from 1C automatically, and orders and payments go back. Your manager doesn’t have to keep the same data in two systems.

  • Customer account and wholesale section

Order history, statuses and tracking numbers. Wholesale clients see their own prices after login, order from a list or a file and get documents in their account.

  • AI assistant and CRM integration

AI answers shoppers 24/7, recommends products and takes orders right in the chat. Leads and orders go into your CRM, and none get lost.

  • SEO and analytics from day one

Clean URLs, meta tags, structured data and a sitemap, Yandex Metrica with e-commerce tracking. Product feeds for Yandex and AI assistants.

What a business gets with its own store

Not a list of features but the outcome: orders flow on their own, and customers stay yours.

What we have already built for ourselves

Why Giant4 IT: we sell through our own online store

The Giant4 group sells lighting through its own online stores, giant4.ru and giant4.ae, and on Wildberries and Ozon. Our 1C-Bitrix store exchanges data with 1C: stock updates automatically every few minutes. We run our own shipping module (CDEK and Russian Post: cost and delivery time calculation, pickup points on a map), an AI assistant that answers shoppers, recommends products and takes orders right in the chat, including by voice, a quiz calculator that produces a ready-made wiring diagram in PDF, review moderation and product feeds for Yandex and AI assistants. And the whole group of companies works in our own CRM every day.

  • We sell online ourselves

The Giant4 group sells lighting through its own stores, giant4.ru and giant4.ae, and on Wildberries and Ozon. We know how your own store differs from a marketplace from our own sales.

  • 1C sync already runs in our business

Our 1C-Bitrix online store gets stock from 1C automatically every few minutes. We set up the same integration for you.

  • Our own shipping module and AI assistant

Our own shipping module calculates CDEK and Russian Post costs and delivery times and shows pickup points on a map. The AI assistant recommends products and takes orders right in the chat, including by voice.

  • Fixed contract price

“From $5,000” is a guide price for a typical store, excl. VAT. We name the exact cost after a conversation and fix it in the contract; international clients are invoiced by Giant4 FZ-LLC (UAE).

How we build your online store

  1. Brief and estimate

We discuss your products, customers, warehouse and 1C. We write a clear technical specification and a full estimate with timelines, and fix the price in the contract.

  2. Structure and design

We design the catalog, product page, cart and account in mockups — mobile first — and agree them with you before development starts.

  3. Development and integrations

We build the store, connect payments, shipping, 1C and CRM, and migrate your products. Every week we show you the progress.

  4. Content and SEO

We fill in product pages, meta tags and structured data, set up redirects from the old site, feeds and analytics, so you don’t lose your search rankings.

  5. Test orders and launch

We go through the customer journey on real phones: payment, shipping, 1C sync. We launch the store and monitor the first orders.

  6. Support and growth

We provide a warranty and take the store on for ongoing support under contract: new features, updates, speed and bot protection.

How much a turnkey online store costs

from $5,000

The price depends on catalog size and the number of product variants, design, integrations (1C, CRM, warehouse, marketplaces), payment and shipping methods, the wholesale account and the AI assistant.

Prices exclude VAT. We confirm the exact cost and timeline after a short call and fix them in the contract.

Frequently asked questions

How much does turnkey e-commerce website development cost?

From $5,000 excl. VAT for a typical store: catalog, cart, online payments, shipping, customer account and 1C sync. The total depends on the number of products and variants, integrations, design and the wholesale account. We name the exact price after a short call and fix it in the contract — no hidden extras.

How long does it take to build an online store?

It depends on the catalog, design and integrations, so we set the dates for each stage in the estimate and write them into the contract. We show progress every week. If you need it sooner, we launch in phases: first the catalog, cart and payments, then the account, wholesale and the AI assistant.

Which platform is best for an online store: 1C-Bitrix or something else?

Most often on 1C-Bitrix: our own store runs on it, and it has built-in 1C sync. For non-standard tasks we do custom development, for example on Next.js. We choose the platform to fit the task and hand over the code and access to you under the contract.

Can you build an online store with 1C integration?

Yes, it’s part of the turnkey package. Products, stock and prices come from 1C automatically, while orders and payments go back. In our own store stock updates every few minutes, and managers don’t transfer anything by hand.

Why do we need our own online store if we already sell on Wildberries and Ozon?

A marketplace is a good channel, but the customer there belongs to the platform: it sets the commission and the rules, and you never get the customer’s contacts. Your own store gives you direct sales with no commission, your own customer base and repeat orders. The Giant4 group itself sells both on marketplaces and in its own stores, giant4.ru and giant4.ae.

Do you build B2B online stores for wholesale companies?

Yes. A wholesale client logs into their account, sees their own prices, orders from a list or a file and gets the invoice and documents without calling a manager. Retail and wholesale can run in one store with a shared catalog and stock from 1C.

Who will support the online store after launch?

We will. We give a warranty on bug fixes and take the store on for ongoing support under contract: updates, new features, speed and bot protection. The code, access and data remain yours.
