CRM implementation: we set up Bitrix24 or amoCRM for your sales team
We set up your CRM so every call, website lead and messenger message instantly becomes a deal, while reminders, tasks and invoices go out on their own. We implement Bitrix24 and amoCRM and fit the system to your processes, not your processes to the system.
from $1,700

A familiar picture: leads are scattered across managers’ personal phones, Excel and notebooks. A customer called at lunchtime — nobody called back. An invoice went out, but nobody reminded the client to pay. The boss only finds out how many deals are in progress, and at what stage, by phoning everyone. And when a manager quits, the correspondence and some of the customers leave with them. Sometimes a CRM has already been bought, but nobody uses it: it’s inconvenient, slow, “Excel is faster”.
We start implementing a CRM system not with settings but by examining how a lead actually moves through your company from the first call to payment — so we don’t automate chaos. Then we set up Bitrix24 or amoCRM for your sales team: pipelines, customer cards, permissions, telephony and messengers, automation robots and reports — and train people on their real deals. Sales automation isn’t theory for us: the Giant4 group of companies works every day in its own CRM, where messenger leads are gathered in one window, and tasks, warehouse, KPIs and payroll live in one system.
What turnkey CRM implementation includes
- Sales and process auditWe trace a lead’s path: where customers come from, where they get lost and what managers do by hand. The result is a pipeline diagram and a list of what to automate first.
- Choosing and configuring the systemWe pick Bitrix24 or amoCRM for your tasks and budget and help you choose a plan. We set up the sales pipeline in the CRM: deal stages, customer cards with only the fields you need, product and service catalogs.
- Calls and messengers in one windowWe connect telephony with call recording, Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX, email and website forms. Every inquiry instantly becomes a deal tagged with where the customer came from, and a missed call becomes a call-back task.
- Robots and triggers instead of routineA task for the manager when a deal stalls, a reminder to the customer about an unpaid invoice, a stage change after payment, a templated invoice in one click. This is how CRM sales automation takes routine off managers’ plates and leaves them time for customers.
- Access rights and database protectionA manager sees their own customers, the head of sales sees the whole department, and exporting the database requires permission. Correspondence and contacts stay with the company even when an employee leaves.
- Reports and dashboards for the ownerConversion at each pipeline stage, plan vs. actual per manager, lead sources and reasons for lost deals — on one screen, including on your phone. No more manual Excel summaries on Fridays.
- Data migration and integrationsWe move customers and deals from Excel or an old CRM without losing history. If needed, we connect the CRM to your website and 1C, so orders, invoices and payments aren’t re-entered by hand.
- Training and supportWe train managers and the head of sales on their own deals and leave short guides tailored to your processes. After launch we keep improving the CRM under contract as your team grows.
Who needs CRM implementation
- Wholesalers and distributors: regular customers, repeat batches, shipments and receivables. The CRM itself reminds you who’s due for a new order and who still hasn’t paid an invoice.
- Make-to-order manufacturers: measurement or estimate, approval, prepayment, production start, shipment — every stage is visible, and no order gets stuck between departments.
- Online stores and retail chains: website orders, calls and messenger messages in one database, with each customer’s purchase history at hand for any manager.
- Companies that already have a CRM but don’t use it: deals are kept in Excel, reports don’t add up, robots send the wrong things to the wrong people. We audit and improve the CRM without starting from scratch or losing the database.
- Owners who want to see sales for themselves: the pipeline, plan vs. actual and stalled deals on one screen, without calling the sales director.
Bitrix24 and amoCRM implementation stages
- Audit and estimateWe talk to you and your managers, listen to call recordings, look at the correspondence and spreadsheets. We propose a system and a pipeline design, name the full price and timeline and fix them in the contract.
- Setup planWe describe in plain language the pipelines, stages, card fields, permissions, robots and reports. We agree it with you before work starts, so nothing has to be redone later.
- Configuration and integrationsWe configure Bitrix24 or amoCRM, connect telephony, messengers, email and website forms, and move the customer database from Excel or the old system. By agreement, we connect it to 1C.
- Testing on real leadsWe send test leads through every channel and check that they arrive, the robots fire, and permissions and reports show what they should. We launch with part of the team first, fine-tune, then move everyone over.
- Training and launchWe teach managers to work in the CRM on their own deals and show the head of sales the reports and controls. For the first weeks after launch we stay in touch and quickly fix anything that gets in the way.
- Support and growthUnder contract we add new pipelines, robots and reports and connect integrations with your website and 1C. The CRM grows with your sales team instead of staying frozen “as it was on handover day”.
Why companies order CRM implementation from Giant4 IT
- We work in a CRM every day ourselvesThe Giant4 group of companies works daily in its own CRM: messenger leads in one window, warehouse, tasks, KPIs and payroll. We know what a CRM has to be like for managers to find it convenient rather than use it just for show.
- Audit first, then setupWe don’t automate chaos: first we examine processes, then we choose the system. We work with both Bitrix24 and amoCRM, and if you don’t want to pay per user, we’ll offer our Giant4 CRM, which stays yours along with your data.
- Website and 1C integration tested on ourselvesOur online store runs on 1C-Bitrix with 1C sync: stock levels update automatically every few minutes, and an AI assistant takes orders right in the chat. We connect your CRM to your website and accounting the same way.
- Price and timeline fixed by contract“From $1,700” is a guide price excl. VAT for a standard implementation. We give the exact cost after a call and fix it in the contract; international clients are invoiced by Giant4 FZ-LLC (UAE). In IT since 2022.
Pricing
from $1,700
The cost of CRM implementation depends on the number of pipelines and departments, the number of users, channels (telephony, messengers, email, website), the scope of robots and reports, data migration and integrations with 1C and your website. Bitrix24 or amoCRM licenses, telephony and paid WhatsApp messages are billed separately at the services’ rates — we’ll calculate them in advance and suggest a plan so you don’t overpay.
Prices exclude VAT. We confirm the exact cost and timeline after a short call and fix them in the contract.
Frequently asked questions
How much does turnkey CRM implementation cost?
From $1,700 excl. VAT for a standard implementation: audit, pipeline, card and permission setup, telephony and messenger connection, basic robots and reports, manager training. The total depends on the number of pipelines, channels, the scope of automation and integrations with 1C and your website. Bitrix24 or amoCRM licenses are paid separately at the service’s rates, and the price of our work is fixed in the contract.
Which should I choose: Bitrix24 or amoCRM?
amoCRM is easier to learn and built for sales: pipeline, calls, customer chats — a good choice for a team that lives on the phone and in messengers. Bitrix24 is an all-in-one suite: besides CRM it has tasks, projects, documents and team communication, so it works better when sales need to be tied to all of the company’s work. We make the final choice after the audit, based on your processes and budget. Don’t want to pay per user? There’s our Giant4 CRM on your own server.
How long does CRM implementation take?
The timeline depends on the number of pipelines, channels and integrations, so we give dates for each stage in the estimate and put them in the contract. It’s often convenient to go step by step: launch the main pipeline, telephony and messengers first, then add robots, reports and the 1C connection. That way managers start working in the CRM sooner, and you see interim results as the work progresses.
Can you improve a CRM that’s already been implemented?
Yes. We start with a CRM audit: we look at pipelines, fields, robots, permissions, integrations and, most importantly, why managers bypass the system. We remove what’s unnecessary, fix what doesn’t work right and add what’s missing — without starting from scratch. The customer database and deal history are preserved.
How do you connect telephony and messengers to a CRM?
We integrate telephony with the CRM: calls with recordings land in the customer card, and a missed call instantly becomes a call-back task. Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX, email and website forms arrive in the CRM as deals tagged with their source. Customer correspondence stays with the company, not on a manager’s personal phone.
How do you implement a CRM so managers actually use it?
Make the CRM easier than Excel: only the necessary fields in the card, tasks and reminders created automatically, calls and chats pulled in on their own — there’s almost nothing to enter by hand. We train on real deals, not on a slideshow. The head of sales sees in reports who manages customers in the system, and access rights block database exports.
Can the CRM be connected to 1C and the website?
Yes: leads from website forms and quizzes go straight into the pipeline, and invoices, payments, products and stock sync with 1C both ways. This is a separate service — CRM integration with the website and 1C — often done together with implementation. We run 1C sync ourselves: stock levels in our 1C-Bitrix online store arrive from 1C automatically every few minutes.
