Corporate and brochure website development
We build corporate websites that make a company look more established than its competitors: clear services and products, answers to customer questions before they even call, leads straight to your CRM. From a few-page brochure website to a multi-page site with a catalog — turnkey.
from $2,800

A buyer heard about you from a partner, picked up your card at a trade show or saw an ad — and the first thing they do is open your website. If it’s a single page from the last decade, prices “on request” and a form that sends nowhere, they go to someone who makes everything clear on the first screen. A corporate website is the face of your company: it decides whether people call you at all, and it’s how they compare you with the big players.
Corporate website development at Giant4 IT starts not with pictures but with a question: what does a customer want to know before calling? We build the structure and pages around that, create a custom design, make it mobile-friendly and connect lead forms, analytics and your CRM. Need a quick start? We build a brochure website that can later grow into a full site. Need a product catalog and sections for each line of business? We build a turnkey multi-page website.
What corporate website development includes
- Structure built on search queriesWe gather what your customers search for on Yandex and Google and build pages around it: services, products, industries, cities. Each page answers its own query instead of cramming “everything about everything” onto the home page.
- Custom designA layout built for your brand, not a template three of your competitors already use. We agree the design with you before development starts.
- Copy that answers customersWe help put into words why you’re better: services, terms, delivery, warranties, answers to common questions. We write from your facts — no fluff, no made-up numbers.
- Easy to use on a phoneThe site is easy to read and scroll on a smartphone: call and messenger buttons right under the thumb, and a lead form that takes a couple of taps.
- Leads straight to your CRMWebsite leads go to your CRM or to a manager’s messenger — none get lost in a shared inbox. Optionally, we add an AI assistant that answers site visitors at any hour.
- Product catalogFor manufacturers and wholesalers — a catalog with specs, photos and downloadable documents. If needed, prices and stock levels sync from 1C automatically.
- SEO basics and analyticsMeta tags, structured data, a sitemap, fast loading, Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics with goals. The site is ready for promotion from day one, and you can see where leads come from.
- Admin panel and supportYou update news, prices, job openings and photos yourself, without a developer. After launch we stay on for support under contract.
Who needs a corporate or brochure website
- Manufacturers and wholesalers that need a product catalog and a website they’re proud to send a major buyer to
- Companies whose website is outdated, works poorly on phones and brings in no leads
- Contractors and B2B companies — construction, installation, logistics, equipment — anywhere a supplier is chosen by their website
- Businesses expanding into new regions, the CIS or abroad that want to look credible next to the big players
- New companies and business lines: a brochure website for a quick start that can later be expanded into a full site
How we build a website for your company
- Request and callYou tell us about your company, customers and competitors. The consultation is free and comes with no obligation.

- DesignWe design the home page and key pages for your brand and agree them with you before development starts.
- Development and contentWe build and fill the pages and connect the forms, CRM and analytics. Every week we show interim results — you see the progress instead of waiting blind.
- Testing and launchWe check every page and form on desktop and mobile, set up the SEO basics, launch the site on your domain and hand over access.
- Support and growthAfter launch — a bug-fix warranty and support under contract: new pages, edits, updates.
Why order your corporate website from us
- We sell through our own websitesGiant4 IT is a studio within the Giant4 group of companies: lighting, our own online stores giant4.ru and giant4.ae, and sales on Wildberries and Ozon. We’ve been in IT since 2022, and our own sales show us how a website turns a visitor into a lead.
- Everything runs on our business firstOur own CRM that collects leads from messengers, an AI assistant that takes orders right in the chat, a quiz calculator, review moderation, product feeds for Yandex and AI assistants — we built and tested all of it on our own business.
- The site is connected to the rest of your businessOur 1C-Bitrix online store exchanges data with 1C: stock levels update automatically every few minutes. We connect your website to your CRM and 1C the same way — nothing has to be re-entered by hand.
- Contract, code and access are yoursWe fix price, timeline and stages in the contract before we start and agree anything new separately — no surprise extras. We hand over the code and access to the site; it isn’t tied to us. International clients are invoiced by Giant4 FZ-LLC (UAE).
Pricing
from $2,800
The price depends on the number of pages and sections, design complexity, the product catalog, language versions and CRM and 1C integrations — and on who prepares the copy and photos. A few-page brochure website and a multi-page site with a catalog are different estimates; “from” is for a standard project. Hosting, domain and licenses are quoted separately and in advance.
Prices exclude VAT. We confirm the exact cost and timeline after a short call and fix them in the contract.
Frequently asked questions
How much does corporate website development cost?
From $2,800 excl. VAT for a standard project. The total depends on the number of pages, design, catalog, language versions and CRM and 1C integrations. We give the exact price after a short call and fix it in the contract. Hosting, domain and licenses are quoted separately and in advance.
How long does it take to build a corporate website?
As a guide, 1–2 months. The timeline depends on the number of pages, how fast the design is approved and whether the copy and photos are ready. We fix exact dates in the contract and show interim results every week.
What’s the difference between a corporate website and a brochure website?
A brochure website is a few pages: who you are, what you do and how to reach you. A corporate website is a full online presence for the company: separate pages for services and products, a catalog, projects, news, job openings, lead forms and a CRM connection. If the structure is planned from the start, a brochure site can later be expanded into a corporate website without rebuilding it from scratch.
Which platform is best for a corporate website?
It depends on the task. 1C-Bitrix — when you need a catalog, 1C sync and a site that will grow: our own online store runs on it. Next.js — for a fast, lightweight site without complex accounting. Either way, the code and access stay with you, with no lock-in to a single contractor.
Will the website be ready for SEO in Yandex and Google?
We lay the SEO foundation during development: a structure built on search queries, meta tags, structured data, a sitemap, loading speed, Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics with goals. This is the base without which promotion doesn’t work. After that, rankings come from content and improvements — you can hand those to us as well.
Can we update the website content ourselves?
Yes. You change news, prices, job openings, photos and copy in the admin panel without a developer — we’ll show you how. We handle complex improvements and updates as part of support under contract.
Who will own the website and the code?
You do. We hand over the source code, access and documentation under the contract. We recommend registering the domain and hosting in your company’s name — then the site is fully yours and doesn’t depend on the contractor.
